Rebekah’s areas of expertise include the liberal arts tradition with particular reference to the question of first principles alongside the philosophical question of education in the work of Hegel, Adorno, Gillian Rose, Rowan Williams and Nigel Tubbs. She also teaches on music and philosophy, on the philosophical identity of the teacher and on the nature of education in and for modern social and political relations. She works across a range of the arts, including literature, art, poetry and music.
